About Andrew Rosenstock
The person behind Touching Into Presence.
Touching Into Presence was created by Andrew Rosenstock, a Rolfer®, Somatic Movement Therapist, biodynamic craniosacral practitioner, writer, and meditation teacher whose work explores embodiment, healing, perception, and lived experience.
For more than fifteen years, Andrew has studied how our bodies organize, how experience shapes perception, and how change becomes possible. His work draws from structural integration, somatic movement, biodynamic craniosacral therapy, yoga therapy, meditation, modern pain science, and the many ways human beings learn to inhabit themselves.
Although these disciplines inform his work, Andrew is less interested in any single method than in what becomes possible through attention, relationship, touch, movement, and inquiry. Much of his work begins with questions: What are we actually experiencing? What have we learned to overlook? What becomes visible when we stop assuming that we already know?
Touching Into Presence grew from those questions. It is a place for conversations, essays, meditations, and reflections that may begin with the body but often extend into the larger experience of being human.
Outside of his professional work, Andrew is a husband, a father, and a continually curious participant in the same questions he explores with others.
